2026 Workshop Benchmark Learning Campaign | Benchmark Leadership, Collective Progress

In March 2026, a learning campaign under the theme "Benchmark Leadership, Collective Progress" was fully launched in the company's workshop training room. Throughout this month-long campaign, activities centered on key areas including safety, quality, equipment, environmental protection, on-site management, morale improvement, and efficiency enhancement. Through benchmark employee sharing, case study distillation, and team feedback, the philosophy of "think one step further, take one extra look, do one more thing" has taken root in the hearts of our employees and is gradually becoming part of their daily work.

At the very first sharing session following the campaign's launch, benchmark employees from the production floor sincerely shared real-world practice cases from their respective roles. Participating employees engaged in lively discussions around these cases, actively extending the insights to similar scenarios in their own positions. They not only raised questions and analyzed pain points but also contributed a wealth of actionable recommendations—truly achieving the goal of "one case learned, a chain of thoughts sparked." The vibrant atmosphere and solid outcomes of this first sharing session became a vivid microcosm of the entire March learning campaign.
