With full participation from every employee, it achieved remarkable outcomes—realizing " Three Enhancements" in safety management and injecting powerful momentum for the company’s high-quality growth.

This year's Safety Month campaign blended creativity with tangible outcomes through integrated online-offline activities:

Leveraged micro-learning videos, digital displays, themed lectures, and posters to propagate the "Safety as Lifeline" ethos, fostering an "Omnipresent Safety" culture.

Hazard Hunt:
Launched "Safety Sleuth Challenge" and "Risk Elimination Arena" competitions, empowering employees to act as safety investigators. Teams identified hidden risks across workplaces, processes, and equipment—spotting, documenting, and reporting hazards in real-time. This ignited collective ownership, making "Every Employee a Safety Guardian."

Drills Reimagined:
Conducted "Emergency Skill Relays" and "Scenario Roulette Challenges" simulating fire evacuations, chemical spills, and casualty rescues. Reality-based drills transformed knowledge into muscle memory, sharpening on-site response capabilities.

Knowledge Arena:
Hosted safety quizzes where gamification met education, boosting regulatory compliance through competitive learning.
