November is not only a critical time for us to sprint toward annual goals but also a month that blooms with a feast of ideas. To inspire reflection and vitality among all employees, the company's inaugural "Aigen Cup" Debate Competition unfolded as scheduled. This was more than just a clash of words; it was a collective exploration and consensus-building on the company’s talent strategy, work philosophy, and management principles.
Chapter One: Preliminary Battles—The First Spark of Ideas
First Battlefield: The Path to an Ideal State—Debating Work-Life Balance
This debate resonated strongly with all employees. It reminded us that the company advocates a "dynamic balance." We respect every employee’s choices and strive to optimize management and enhance efficiency, enabling everyone to pursue their passions, achieve professional success, and also have ample space for family and self-care.
Second Battlefield: The Core of a Fertile Talent Ground—Debating Generalists vs. Specialists
This debate had no absolute winner or loser. It profoundly revealed the company’s talent philosophy: We encourage employees to deepen their expertise and become indispensable specialists, while also advocating for a broadened perspective, holistic business understanding, and cross-disciplinary learning abilities to become versatile contributors supporting the company’s efficient operations. This vividly embodies our interpretation of "professionalism" and "team collaboration."
Chapter Two: The Final Clash—The Ultimate Question of Management Wisdom
Final Debate Topic: Human-Centric Approaches vs. Institutional Systems—Which Is the Stronger Engine for Enterprise Development?
This was the most exciting part of the competition, striking at the heart of management practices.
As the final judges pointed out in their remarks: "A human-centric approach is the 'accelerator' that drives innovation, while institutional systems are the 'brakes' that ensure safety. Excellent management operates within the framework of systems, filled with human warmth." What we seek is not a choice between the two but their dialectical unity—using systems to safeguard fairness and bottom lines, and humanity to inspire goodwill and innovation. This is the ultimate goal we pursue in building a management model that "combines strength with flexibility."

Chapter Three: Passing the Torch—From the Debate Stage to Daily Practice
The limits of our language are the limits of our world. In this debate competition, we witnessed not only eloquence and wit but also deep reflections on the company’s development.
Whether it is the integration of generalists and specialists, the balance between work and life, or the synergy between humanity and systems, the final answers must be written together in our daily work practices. We hope everyone carries this spirit of reasoning, critical thinking, and the habit of exploring essence into their daily work, using it to offer suggestions, collaborate sincerely, and collectively propel the company forward.
