2025 Annual Skills Grading Assessment Concludes Successfully: Skills Forge Craftsmanship, Talent Drives the Future

As autumn unfolded, Lianhe Aigen's annual Skills Grading Assessment officially commenced in September and concluded successfully in October. The event comprehensively covered both support and production departments, engaging 362 employees in active participation. It was designed to systematically evaluate role-specific competencies while providing a broad platform for employees to demonstrate their professional capabilities and identify areas for growth.

The assessment adopted a "Theory + Practice" dual-track model, providing a comprehensive and fair evaluation of employees' professional knowledge and hands-on operational skills. In preparation, participants across departments displayed remarkable enthusiasm for learning, dedicating their spare time to intensive review and practice. This collective effort fostered a positive atmosphere of emulation, learning, striving, mutual support, and surpassing throughout the company.

On the assessment site, participants remained calm and focused, seamlessly integrating theoretical knowledge—such as GMP standards, equipment principles, and key safety protocols—with their extensive practical experience.
