This makes the company the first in the Taizhou region to obtain this certification. As a nationally recognized authoritative inspection institution, Hefei General Machinery Institute conducted 48-hour continuous monitoring of the workshop's system in accordance with national standards, covering core indicators such as FAD flow rate and input power. Ultimately, the core equipment of the system—the high-efficiency centrifugal compressor and zero-air-consumption dryer—achieved comprehensive energy efficiency meeting the first-level standard, with all performance metrics surpassing the industry average.
Notably, the core high-efficiency centrifugal air compressor unit in this system was a strategically deployed asset by the company five years ago. Amidst rapid technological advancements in the industry and continuously escalating energy efficiency standards, this equipment has maintained top-tier energy efficiency performance even after five years of operation. This confirms the foresight of the initial decision and highlights the Power Workshop's solid foundational work and professional dedication in daily maintenance and meticulous management. The certification is not just an honor but also a direct affirmation of the workshop's long-standing commitment to refined management and effective equipment maintenance.
