“Quality from Dedication, Expertise Driving Growth”– Lianhe Aigen Officially Launches Its 2nd Quality Month Campaign

On September 4, 2025, Lianhe Aigen successfully launched the opening ceremony of its "Second Annual Quality Month" in the company's multi-function hall. Senior management, department heads, and employee representatives were in attendance, marking the official kick-off of a series of quality culture events. This year's initiative, under the theme "Quality from Dedication, Expertise Driving Growth" is now in full swing.

Quality is the lifeline of a pharmaceutical enterprise and a solemn commitment to safeguarding patient health. This year's Quality Month aims to deepen every employee's quality consciousness and fully integrate the working philosophy of "From SOPs, To SOPs" into every detail of R&D, production, and management. The initiative is dedicated to building a systematic and sustainable quality management system.

At the launch ceremony, Quality Director Joey Zhan emphasized in his address that all employees must uphold a sense of reverence and responsibility, strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and strive for excellence in every task to continuously enhance individual and team professionalism.

The activities planned for this Quality Month include regulatory knowledge spot checks, summer quizzes, quality-themed video contests, QC skill competitions, and GMP knowledge contests. Designed to foster engagement and practicality, these initiatives encourage employees to shift from "passive participation" to "active leadership," elevating quality efforts from fragmented actions to a systematic and institutionalized undertaking.

In his concluding remarks, Vice President Dr. Feng stressed that "Quality Stems from Dedication" must be internalized as a behavioral guideline for every employee. He called on all staff to approach the entire production process with the meticulous attitude of crafting a work of art, ensuring that quality culture becomes a core competitiveness of Lianhe Aigen.
