Supporting Those in Need, Walking with Love

As a CRDMO company providing integrated solutions for global innovative drugs, Lianhe Aigen has always believed that the ultimate purpose of dedicated R&D and rigorous manufacturing is to protect lives and benefit humanity. And this commitment to caring for people extends from our production lines to society at large—this is not only our bounden duty, but also our enduring promise.

In the early summer of 2026, together with the Linhai City Disabled Persons' Federation and the Duqiao Town Government, we launched a charitable initiative titled "Lianhe Aigen · Walking with Love." In the early stages, company representatives, along with leaders from the city's Disabled Persons' Federation and Duqiao Town Government, gathered in the Duqiao Town Government conference room for a policy coordination meeting on employment support bases for people with disabilities. During the discussions, Jerry, General Manager of Lianhe Aigen, sincerely shared the company's original aspiration: "Society has enabled the success of our enterprise, and in return, we must give back with gratitude. As part of the pharmaceutical industry, it is our bounden duty to fulfill our responsibilities and contribute our strength—both from the perspective of our corporate mission and our personal convictions."

Unlike ordinary charitable activities, the primary goal of this initiative was "precision." The company worked with the city and town disabled persons' federations to conduct thorough assessments and identifications of families with disabled members in need, ensuring that every relief payment and every material supply reached those who truly required them.

For beneficiaries with mobility difficulties or those bedridden for extended periods, General Manager Jerry led teams of company volunteers and federation staff on home visits, walking into household after household in need.

Many of the recipients had difficulty speaking clearly or moving around, and were unable to express much thanks in words. Yet when the relief payments and basic supplies such as rice, flour, and cooking oil were handed over, their genuine smiles and spontaneous waves spoke louder than any words—more real and more moving.

Stepping out of the workshop and into the community, we saw not only hardship but also the simple kindness and resilience that people hold onto even in difficult times. This experience gave many of us, usually busy with work, a deeper and more personal understanding of "responsibility" and "care."

One event can bring warmth for a moment, but we want this warmth to last. So this wasn't just a one-time giveaway. It was about building something sustainable. We've started building a long-term partnership with the local disabled persons' federations, and moving forward, we're making disability support a regular part of our annual charity plan. What started as a good deed is turning into a system. What began as one person's wish is becoming a company habit.

"The foundation of a pharmaceutical company is benefiting humanity," Jerry said at the wrap-up. "Our products protect patients' health. Our charity work warms society. These two have always gone hand in hand."

At Lianhe Aigen’s factory, machines run day and night, and products keep shipping out to places near and far. But outside the factory gates, we keep moving too—into communities, into struggling households, and into the hearts of people who need a helping hand.

Because we know this: real health isn't just about curing sickness. It's about making every person feel respected and cared for. Going forward, Lianhe Aigen will keep the "walking with love" spirit alive. On the road to protecting human health, we want to be both makers of high-quality products and carriers of warmth to society. Let love take root wherever it's needed.
